A Series of Necessary Changes to Continue Providing High Quality Products and Service

2024 has been a pretty big year, from celebrating our 30th anniversary, attending the world’s biggest trade shows in Las Vegas, to discovering new opportunities. In order to allow us to continue to grow and discover these new and exciting opportunities, all without affecting the quality of our customer service, we’ve had to make a few changes. So if you have a moment, we’d like to welcome and introduce to you the new faces you’ll see on sites and at events around the country.

Over the past couple of weeks, sites in Western Australia will have already been introduced to Robert Munro, who has begun working to assist Gary Hansen in supporting WA, NT and SA industries. With the growth of the market over that side of the country, there was only so many hours in the day and not enough Gary to go around. Robert’s prior experience is allowing for a smooth transition and the rapid gain of the knowledge necessary to serve Western Australian industries under Gary’s guidance.

The growth being experienced isn’t limited to Australia, but is something AusProof is experiencing on a global scale, and as such, in order to ensure each region is receiving the attention and support they deserve, some of our well-known faces are heading overseas. ‘We are growing and reshuffling to accommodate this growth,’ says Managing Director Aston Marks.

Craig Feil, the representative supporting QLD industries, is making a big move across the pacific to take on a new challenge… the North American market! Transferred to the USA, Craig has joined our North American branch KonNx Inc. in order to provide greater support to our growing North American market. Watch this space, with our new QLD representative due to start soon! Not to fret though, if you’re located in QLD you can still reach out on Craig’s mobile and email address to get the assistance you need from our new representative for NSW, VIC and TAS.

That’s right, Craig isn’t the only one making a move to the USA. We have experienced such growth in Northern America that they need not just one, but two extra sets of hands! Willy Gomero has also made the move to the USA to ensure the level of service provided to international industries continues to be of the highest possible standard. Filling the gap left by Willy is James ‘Jimmy’ Ibell, a potentially familiar face to those in the QLD industry. Jimmy has been working closely with Willy in the weeks prior to departing Australia, learning about the needs and operations of the new industries under his care.

No matter the word you choose to use – adjust, reorganise, change – as we continue to grow and expand, adapting to the circumstances is necessary in order to enable AusProof to continue providing the industry with products and services of the highest possible quality. ‘No one is leaving, we are extending the team to all corners of the world,’ says Marks. ‘There is some pain to be experienced with growth, and this reshuffle is to ensure that our customers feel as few of these pains as humanly possible.’

We appreciate your patience and support as our new representatives learn new systems and processes, as well as take the time to acquaint themselves with our range of products, accessories and services.

Thank you!
