AusProof Covid-19 Statement

As the current environment regarding Coronavirus (Covid-19) continues to evolve each day with impacts being felt all over the world, AusProof is making the health and safety of employees and customers the highest priority.
AusProof has been informing all staff on the health and safety measures to be undertaken that still allow employees to work safely within the factory and office environment to supply the worlds safest coupler to all customers.
Some safety precautions AusProof is undertaking include:
- Internal policies regarding Covid-19;
- Washing hands and cleaning work stations frequently;
- Staggering lunch breaks;
- Where possible, staff members are working from a home environment.
AusProof is experiencing small delays with incoming raw materials as part of the supply chain logistics and this may cause a delay of 1-2 weeks for current lead times.
AusProof is still taking all orders and Sales Representatives are available to assist with any concerns and problems you may have. Please see the contact details below for each representative. In an effort to reduce face-to-face encounters, Sales Representatives are available for phone calls, emails or video calls if required. All other staff are still contactable via reception by phoning (07) 4978 4000.
As AusProof looks to navigate this situation for now, orders or responses from staff may be delayed in this time. However, please be advised AusProof is working to fulfil all customer requests and orders in a timely matter.
