It won’t be long now, half the year has already passed us by, before we know it it’ll be September, which means the AusProof team will be in Sydney from the 5th – 7th for AIMEX 2023.

Held at the Sydney Showground, we are excited to make the trip from Queensland to New South Wales to attend this event, and have the chance to speak to those in the industry, both new and old, about how we can help you meet your operational needs.

If you haven’t attended AIMEX before, first things first, hi! We hope you’ll stop by, meet our team and have a chat; we’ll be located at H111 this year. For the old hats to the industry, some of you may recognise Willy Gomero, our New South Wales, Victoria and Tasmania sales representative. He and our other state sales representatives will be able to answer any questions you may have.

At our booth we will have one of our flameproof products on display from both our high and low voltage stainless steel ranges. Suitable for use in a range of operational environments above and below ground, including Group 1 hazardous locations, when you stop by our booth you will have the chance not just to see and discuss these products, but interact with them too.

Watch as our state sales representatives demonstrate how you can replace the flamepaths of these products in the event of damage, or give it a go yourself, and see how easy this maintenance is to complete without interfering with any internal components.

On display from our high voltage stainless steel range will be the Ex118BSSRF and its Removable Flange, our most recent stainless steel innovation. The Ex118BSSRF takes the guesswork out of flamepath maintenance, and simply requires the removal of four countersunk screws to replace the flange. An accessory of the Ex118BSSRF, the LED Live Line Indicator, will also be on display. See for yourself just how bright our redesigned indicator now is, assisting operator awareness and safety.

While all the products from our PES, PS and PL restrained ranges can be interacted with, their flamepaths also replaceable on-site, even underground, we have to choose just one. That one will be our 1100V 150A PS (Plug Small) plug and Quick Release receptacle.

The parts necessary to perform these simple maintenance tasks on-site are able to be ordered separately, at a fraction of the price of replacing a whole coupler, and kept stored on-site so you can have them handy whenever you need them.
